Your inquiry to commission me is because you like my style and not to imitate another artist.

My style is constantly evolving as I continue to practice and learn. I will do my best to showcase my gallery with the most updated illustrations of my skill level and style, which is what you will receive.

Process

• Sketch Phase
  Once payment has been received, I will review your description / reference images. I will send a sketch for your feedback / approval (within 3 days from start date). 2 rounds of feedback can be used; if 2 rounds are exceeded, additional fees will be applied.

• Creation Phase
  After you approve your sketch, I will move forward and begin the final digital illustration. Please keep in mind that if you have any revision requests during this phase, you are subject to additional fees and delayed delivery times.

• Delivery
  Turnaround time from sketch approval to completed digital illustration is approximately 2 weeks.

By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you (“the Commissioner”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”) between you and La Blue Gal (“the Artist”). Please read the following carefully before proceeding with your order.

Payment is to be made in full before work starts on the commission and is non-refundable.

I reserve the right to decline commissions that don’t align with my values or subject matter. Please reach out first with questions (labluegaldd@gmail.com) if you are unsure before you place your commission.

The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copy will be provided or shipped.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Artist will never disclose The Commissioner’s private details and by agreeing to these terms, The Commissioner agrees to not release The Artist’s private details.

If The Commissioner requests private artwork or wishes to withhold The Artist from publicly posting once the artwork is complete, please add that into the request.

USAGE & RIGHTS

The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use the commissioned artwork in the following way:

Online promo, social media, and online portfolio.

The Commissioner may post on social media platforms; please credit and tag me.

Commissions are for personal use only. The Commissioner may print / display the commissioned artwork but may not resell.
